Samuel Tinon Tokaji Szamorodni Szaraz 2009 500ml Region:Hungary black soil and graphiteA unique dry wine made from late harvested Furmint, left to age in barrel under a blanket of flor yeast similar to that of Sherry of Vin Jaune. Aromas of hazelnut, lemon, apple sauce, vanilla, and yeast. The palate is lithe, with dusty flor character and white pepper layered over Mayer lemons and orange peel. Very dry, with a resonant finish.
