For removal of tar from paint: wet a soft rag with Angry Orange and rub gently over tar
It is very effective in cold or hot water

apply NMD 80 using an EC Jet (dilutes four parts water to one part solution [4:1] automatically) without rinsing off the White Scum Presoak allowing a five to ten minute dwell time
